SAN FRANCISCO ROSE SOCIETY GALA IN THE ROSE GARDEN AND SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT CLASS

Annual Gala Featuring a Rose Arrangement Demonstration by Kien Tran!
Through this demonstration, you will learn how to make beautiful rose arrangements! We will also be raffling these gorgeous rose arrangements to the audience! (His arrangements are pictured at the top of this page.)
Kien has been growing roses for over 5 years with over 250 roses in his neighborhood’s community and playground in Hayes Valley. He has three degrees in Horticulture from City College in San Francisco: Commercial Cut Flower and Greenhouse Production, Landscape Design and Contracting, Nursery and Garden Center Operations, and Floristry and is currently a Manager and Head Designer at two flower shops in San Francisco, The Fairmont Hotel San Francisco and Garden Party at Westfield Mall. He is also a Head Designer volunteer on the Flower Committee at the de Young Museum in San Francisco.
Kien is an active member of the American Rose Society, as well as the Marin and Peninsula Rose Societies. He is also actively involved with the San Francisco Dahlia Society, the San Francisco Begonia Society, the San Francisco Epiphyllum Society, the Bay Area Chrysanthemum Society, and the Bay Area Camellia Society.
